Thank You Volcano presents an interesting mix of noisy guitars and strange vocal harmonies with occasional electronic elements. The entire EP contains no percussion whatsoever, but it might take a few listens to notice since the sonic elements seem to fill so much space. Lyrically the group has a tendency towards slightly darker tones, but “Over the Sun” is a workable summer hangout track.
